Greater Houston Port Bureau
The Greater Houston Port Bureau is a non-profit trade organization representing every sector in the maritime industry in the Houston Ship Channel region in Texas for advocacy and advancement of all stakeholders.
ILTA
The International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA) is an advocate and key resource for the liquid terminal industry. With headquarters in the Washington, DC, area, ILTA advocates on behalf of the liquid terminal industry in Congress and at the federal agencies. ILTA also maintains close working relationships with other organizations that interact with the tank storage industry.
INTERCARGO
INTERCARGO provides the forum where dry bulk shipowners, managers and operators are informed about, discuss and share concerns on key topics and regulatory challenges, especially in relation to safety, the environment and operational excellence. The Association takes forward its Members’ positions to the IMO, as well as to other shipping and international industry fora, having free and fair competition as a principle.
INTERTANKO
INTERTANKO actively works on a wide range of operational, technical, legal and commercial issues affecting tanker owners and operators around the world. It draws on regular and direct contact with its Members and other industry stakeholders to develop and disseminate information and best practice, essential to the tanker industry.
CIP
The Inter-American Committee on Ports (CIP) is the only permanent forum that brings together the National Port Authorities of the 34 Member Countries of the Organization of American States (OAS) and leaders of the maritime-port industry to promote the development of a secure, competitive, sustainable, and inclusive sector.
OCIMF
The Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF) focusses on promoting best practice in the design, construction and operation of tankers, barges and offshore vessels and their interfaces with terminals inshore, onshore and offshore. It does so by providing an independent forum for bringing together its members and external stakeholders to leverage their expertise in the creation of publications and programmes that enhance the safety and environmental performance of the marine industry.
SIGTTO
The Society of International Gas Tanker and Terminal Operators (SIGTTO) is an international body established for the exchange of technical information and experience, between members of the industry, to enhance the safety and operational reliability of gas tankers and terminals.
SLOM
The Latin American Society of Maritime Oil Terminals and SBM Operators (SLOM), is an international non-profit association with the intent of integrating Oil Maritime Terminals with organizations, authorities, and companies within the sector, organizing technical exchange activities and disseminating good practices to promote safe, sustainable and efficient operations.
